Telecom Disputes Settlement & Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT) was established under Section 14 of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India Act, 1997.

The major idead behind the establishment of the TDSAt was to protect the interests of service providers and consumers of the telecom sector and also to promote orderly growth of the telecom sector. The Appellate Tribunal actually came into the existence on May 29, 2000. Former Judge of Supreme Court of India, Mr. Suhas C. Sen, was appointed as the first Chairperson of the TDSAT.

Candidates should be on Officers post in the Central/State Government/Courts/Tribunals for applying for the posts of Court Master, Administrative Officer and Assistant.

Court Master: Rs.9300-34800 + Grade Pay of Rs.4800
Administrative Officer: Rs.9300-34800 + Grade Pay of Rs.4800
Assistant: Rs.9300-34800 + Grade Pay of Rs.4200
